Kristine Lucas
, the International Head of Faculty for Aesthetics and MicroPigmentation at Permanent Makeup Academy PH & International Education Board of UK, Department of Aesthetics & (IEBDAC). She is an expert in Permanent Makeup, Skin Care & Aesthetics, Medical Micropigmentation such as camouflage of stretch marks, scars, and dark circles.

Kristine's passion for teaching aesthetics, permanent and traditional makeup soon became her mission, leading to the establishment of the Permanent Makeup Academy PH, the most sought-after training center for aspiring makeup artists in the fields of aesthetics, cosmetology, and permanent makeup, and in partnership with IEBDAC with training programs in Singapore, Bangkok, India, Canada, and the USA. In the Philippines, Kristine is Corporate Secretary of the Professional Aestheticians Association of the Philippines and is currently the Industry Board for TESDA Department of Aesthetics.

Lucas is currently a candidate for a Nutridermatology Diploma at the Skin Nutrition Institute, with expected completion in 2024. She has also obtained a Beauty Therapy Diploma from the C.O.E., UK, with 150 CPD points. Her advanced training includes Advanced Beauty Therapy Diploma, Tattoo & Permanent Makeup Lightening & Removal course in A+ Ocean, USA, in 2020.

Kristine attended the Permanent Make-Up World Conference in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 2017. She further honed her skills under the masters of Europe, learning advanced techniques such as 3D Areola Vicky Martin Method, Secret Blush by Giada Longo, Realism Brows Karen Betts, and Stardust Eyeliner by Ksenia Generalova.
Other than being the Academy's Grand Master/ Trainer, Digital Marketing Skills used was used in Expanding the Business
Key Marketing Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and implement e-commerce email marketing and social media campaigns & strategies to boost online shop & physical stores sales
• Regularly analyze data from online initiatives to re-strategize for next cycle of promotions
• Maintain a strong online presence for product & services’ organic SEO
• Monitor online inventory to make sure direct client’s needs are supported as well as ensure stock keeping on outside e-commerce channels
• Conceptualize marketing materials, content, social media posts and brand collaterals for implementation of graphics team.
• Automation of replies to different social media chat platforms
• Tap other forms of promotions like influencers & link building
• Keeping abreast of digital marketing trends.
